以两次提取,提取时间分别为3,0.5h,提取溶剂甲醇量分别为70,20 mL,采用ZORBAX XDB- C1B柱(4.6 mm×150mm,5 μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水(体积比为60∶40)为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长290 nm,柱温30℃进行液相色谱测定辣椒制品中的花椒油素.结果表明,花椒油素在0.001~0.04 mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,加标平均回收率为96.8%,RSD为3.62%.该方法简便、准确,适用于辣椒制品中花椒油素含量的测定.%With twice extraction and the respectively extraction time is 3 h, 0.5 h, the respectively extraction solvent content of methanol is 70 ml, 20 mL, chromatographic assay was performed on a ZORB-AX XDB-C,a(4.6 rnmX150 mm,5 ^tm)column. The mobile phase consisted of methanoi-waterf 60:40) ,the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min, the detection wavelenth was set at 290 nm and the column temperature was 30 °C to determine xanthoxylin in chilli products by HPLC. The method displayed good linearity within 0. 001 ~0. 04 mg/mL, The average recovery was 96. 8% and RSD was 3. 62%, The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for the determination of xanthoxylin in chilli product.
