ICP-MS在食品质量安全领域应用研究进展

摘要

This paper reviewed the latest research progress on the application of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS) in food quality and safety since 2008. The applications of ICP-MS in the analysis of heavy metal residues and speciation, rare earth elements and nutritional elements in food, heavy metals in food packaging and contact materials, food additives and illegal additives were summarized.%文中回顾了2008年以来国内外电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法在食品质量安全领域中的最新研究进展,并概述了ICP-MS在食品重金属残留及形态、食品中稀土元素、食品营养元素、食品包装接触材料中有害重金属、食品中添加剂和非法添加物分析中的应用.
