国内外骨关节类功能食品现状分析

摘要

Osteoarthritis is a kind of degenerative joint disease of high incidence increased significantly with age. There are a certain number of bone joint functional food both at home and abroad.In this paper, 80 kinds of bone joint functional food are collected through internet, drugstore and other means. The product information are analyzed and summarized, including product name, brand, specification, food types, origin, applicable people, function, ingredients and others, aiming to understand the current situation and provide reference for the development of new kinds of bone joint functional food.%骨关节炎是一种随年龄增长而发病率明显增加的退行性关节疾病.国内外均有一定数量的骨关节类功能食品存在,本文通过网络、药店等途径,收集到80种骨关节类功能食品,并对其产品名称、品牌、规格、食品类型、产地、适用人群、功能方向、产品配料等信息进行总结分析,旨在了解当前骨关节类功能食品基本现状,为研发新的骨关节类健康食品提供参考依据.
