心可宁胶囊中非法添加三七茎叶的检测

摘要

目的 建立心可宁胶囊中非法添加三七茎叶的检测方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测心可宁胶囊中三七茎叶投料.结果 若样品中检出人参皂苷Rb3,则为三七茎叶投料.结果表明:心可宁胶囊存在以三七茎叶非法投料的现象.结论 该方法简便可行,准确度高,不存在假阳性干扰.%Objective To establish a method for the determination of illegally added Panax notoginseng leaves in Xinkening Capsules. Methods TLC and HPLC was used to check Panax notoginseng leaves in Xinkening Capsules. The two methods validated each other and made the results more accurate. Results Illegally added Panax notoginseng leaves were determination by detection of ginsenoside Rb3. The results confirmed that that there existed adulteration in Xinkening Capsules. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate for the identification of Panax notoginseng leaves in Xinkening Capsules, and excludes the possibility of the false positive.
