复方丹参片中非法添加的三七茎叶的检测

目的 建立检测复方丹参片中添加的三七茎叶的方法.方法 用薄层色谱(TLC)法检查,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法验证.结果 TLC法和HPLC法结果一致.结论 所采用方法高效、准确,稳定性和重复性好,可作为复方丹参片中非法添加的三七茎叶的检测方法.%Objective T0 establish a method for the determination of added Panax Notoginseng leaves in Compound Dansben Tablets. Methods The TLC method was adopted and the HPLC method was used for verification. Results The result of TLC conformed to that of HPLC. Conclusion The method is accurate. stable and better reproducihle, which can be used to detect illegally added Panax Notoginseng leaves in Compound Danshen Tablets.
