鼻炎康片中可能非法添加化学药物的检测方法研究

摘要

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the detection of Biyankang tablets with synthetic drugs.METHODS HPLC-DAD and LC/MS/MS technology were adopted to detect 13 chemicals in Biyankang tablets simultaneously.RESULTS The 13 chemicals were well separated, and all the compounds showed good linearity in the concentration range of detection by HPLC.The limit of detection was 0.8005～2.454 ng by HPLC and 4.004～408.4 pg by LC/MS/MS.The average recovery was 95.83％ ～100.82％ by HPLC.CONCLUSION The method which is of great convenience, accuracy, sensitivity and credibility can be used for efficient detection of illegal added chemicals in Biyankang tablets.%目的 建立检测鼻炎康片中可能非法添加化学药物的检测方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法(HPLC-DAD)、高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术(LC/MS/MS联用技术)建立了同时检测13种鼻炎康片中可能非法添加化学药物的方法.结果 13种化学物质得到良好分离,高效液相色谱(HPLC)法在测定范围内线性关系良好,HPLC法检测限为0.800 5～2.454 ng,LC/MS/MS法检测限为4.004～408.4 pg,HPLC法平均回收率为95.83%～100.82%.结论 本方法 快速、准确、灵敏、可靠,可用于鼻炎康片中可能非法添加化学药物的检测.
