大型仪器实验技术队伍建设的对策思考

摘要

阐述了国内高校实验技术队伍的现状，介绍了浙江大学在实验技术队伍建设与管理中所做的研究与探索，着重对新时期新背景下实验技术队伍的发展与需求进行了思考，提出了面向一流的大型仪器实验技术队伍建设的对策建议。%The current status and the corresponding reasons of laboratory technician team in colleges and universities are expounded.The construction and management of laboratory technician team in Zhejiang University are introduced.The development and demand of laboratory technician team in the new period are investigated.Some new countermeasures and suggestions for the technician team construction of large-scale valuable instruments in the Chinese top universities are put forward.
