The invention relates to an apparatus for team building involving walking on ropes, comprising at least one bottom rope whereon the members of a team walk on; at least two columns where the ends of said bottom rope are respectively attached; at least two platforms on which said columns are respectively erected and on which the players stand before or after walking on said bottom rope; at least one top rope that extend between said columns, the ends of said rope respectively attached to the upper portions of said columns; and a plurality of pairs of vertical ropes with their respective second ends freely hanging in mid air, characterized in that a vertical rope from the pair of vertical ropes is used by a player as aid to stay on the bottom rope and continue crossing the said bottom rope, while the other vertical rope from said pair of vertical ropes is passed by said player to another player following him tto serve also as aid.
