本科实习教学改革的探索与实践

摘要

实习教学是当前高校本科人才培养工作的薄弱环节,深化实习教学改革是创新人才培养模式的重要切入点,是增强学生社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的重要途径.通过分析当前实习教学存在的共性问题,提出了解决问题的改革实施方案,并以中国矿业大学为例,介绍如何推进实习教学综合改革,建立校院两级管理职责清晰、政策制度经费保障到位和产教融合校企合作紧密的实习教学体系.%Internship teaching is a weak link in the current undergraduate talent cultivation in colleges and universities,and deepening the reform of internship teaching is an important entry point for the cultivation mode of innovative talents and is also an important way to enhance students' sense of social responsibility,their innovative spirit and practical ability.Through the analysis of the common problems existing in the internship teaching,the reform plan is put forward to solve the problem,and by taking China University of Mining and Technology as an example,how to promote the comprehensive reform of internship teaching is introduced.The internship teaching system with the clear management responsibility at university and college levels,with the policies and regulations to ensure financial support in place,with the integration of production and education,and with the cooperation between the university and the enterprise is established.
