脉冲电镀镍-纳米氧化铝复合镀层及其组织结构与性能表征

         

摘要

采用脉冲电镀法在Q235钢上制备了Ni-纳米Al2O3复合镀层.通过正交试验得到最佳工艺条件为:六水合硫酸镍234 g/L,六水合氯化镍30 g/L,硼酸35 g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.6 g/L,糖精1 g/L,纳米Al2O310 g/L,pH 3.5,电流密度2 A/dm2,占空比60%,频率1000 Hz,温度40 ℃,搅拌速率200 r/min,时间60 min.在最佳工艺条件下所得Ni-纳米Al2O3复合镀层表面平整、致密,晶粒细小,弥散分布着纳米Al2O3,显微硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性都比Ni镀层好.%A Ni-nano-Al2O3composite coating was prepared on Q235 steel by pulse electroplating. The optimal process conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows: nickel sulfate hexahydrate 234 g/L, nickel chloride hexahydrate 30 g/L, boric acid 35 g/L, sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.6 g/L, saccharin 1 g/L, nano-Al2O310 g/L, temperature 40 ℃, pH 3.5, current density 2 A/dm2, duty cycle 60%, frequency 1 000 Hz, stirring rate 200 r/min, and time 60 min. The Ni-nano-Al2O3 composite coating obtained thereunder is smooth and compact with fine grains and dispersively distributed nano-Al2O3 particles, and has higher microhardness and better resistance to wear and corrosion than a pure Ni coating.
