针对影响移动服务在高等教育中被接受的因素的问题,本文基于结构方程建模对移动高等教育信息系统进行了研究分析.本研究的目的是调查大学信息系统(UIS)的使用和接受的影响因素.在本研究中,数据通过纸质调查从在读大学本科生获得,使用结构方程模型对移动服务接受进行测试,模型中涉及信任、个人主动性和特征、环境、感知易用性、感知有用性以及使用意图六个潜在变量.来自227位本科生的调查结果表明,信任是预测使用意向的重要因素,但个人特征、感知易用性和感知有用性对采用移动UIS的用户意图没有显著影响.%In this paper,the mobile higher education information system is analyzed based on structural equation modeling,which is a problem that affects the acceptance of mobile services in higher education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the use and acceptance of the University Information System(UIS). In this study,data were obtained from undergraduate college students in a paper-based survey and tested using the structural equation model for mobile service acceptance, involving trust,personal initiative and identity,context,perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness and Intentional use of six potential variables. Surveys from 227 undergraduates show that trust is an important predictor of intention to use,but personal characteristics,perceived ease of use,and perceived usefulness have no significant impact on user intent to adopt mobile UIS.
