熔融沉积成形试件翘曲成因的分析与优化

         

摘要

The warpage deformation of prototype in FDM is presented and the essence of deformation and interacting principle are analyzed. According to some reasonable hypothesis, the ma thematic model of warpage deformation is built and developed- The influence factors such as deposition layer number, temperature of chamber environment, section length and scanning speed are analyzed separately. In order to study the influence levels of each factor in the processing, a novel test specimen is designed and promoted in the orthogonal test. Thus the optimal results of minimizing the warpage deformation can be obtained. Some improved methods to decrease the warpage deformation of prototype are also provided in the end.%以熔融沉积成形过程中成形件的翘曲变形为研究对象,分析变形产生的原因及其作用机理,建立了成形过程中成形件翘曲变形的理论模型,分析了堆积层数、成形室温度、试件尺寸和扫描速度对成形件变形的影响.针对以上因素设计试件进行正交试验,研究各因素对翘曲变形的影响程度,得出最大程度减小成形件翘曲变形的最优因素组合,提出了减小成形件翘曲变形的相应措施.
