In modern situation, moral education means to learn knowledge such as all kinds of ethic norms, while the moral value of the existing good will is ignored by people. In post-modern situation, when people re-examine the good will in the criticism on modern moral education, it is found out that good will has become the "pulse" of painless moral education in post-modern times, which magically and imperceptibly wanders in both moral rationality and the practice of moral education. Good will is the flower of modern moral theory, and the fruit of painless moral education in post-modern times.
