教师实践共同体构建的阀限与建议

     

摘要

教师实践共同体的构建不仅有利于我国教师专业化发展,而且对教师之间形成平等合作关系以及培育教师的合作文化有所帮助。但是,在构建教师实践共同体的过程中不免遇到一些瓶颈,如教师自身的素质不高、学校领导采取“项目任务”的形式给教师施加压力以及不完善的学校制度等。在构建过程中出现的这些问题,会阻碍教师实践共同体在我国的进一步发展,要解决好这些问题为教师实践共同体的构建提供一个良好的发展空间,可从以下几个方面着手:提升教师内在的专业素养,调动教师的自主性与创造性,完善学校管理制度。%The construction of teachers' practice community not only favors for Chinese teachers' specialty development, but also helps teachers to form an equal and ceopemtive relationship. However, there am some obstacles in the process of the construction of teachers' practice communlty,such as teachers' low qua/ity,the pressure from schools ' projects and the incomplete system etc. These problems will hinder the further development of the construction of teacher s' practice community in China. In order to solve these problems, the following suggestions am propoed:improve teachers' internal specialty attainment; trigger teachers' initiatives and creativity;consummate schools' management system etc.
