建立学生自我管理体系提高兼职辅导员管理效率

摘要

高校兼职辅导员要同时做好班级工作、课程教学和科学研究三个方面的工作，对其本身是一个较大的挑战。把学生自我管理工作系统化、规范化和制度化，不仅能充分发挥学生自我管理的积极性和能动性，保证班级团体积极健康地发展，同时能为兼职辅导员做好教学任务和科学研究争取较多的时间。%It's a great challenge for college part- time instructors to well do three different jobs at the same time, including class management,course teaching and scientific research. It is necessary to build a system in which the undergraduates can manage themselves systematically,standard and institutionally. The system can payfull attention to the enthusiasm and initiative of undergraduates,but also guarantee the positive and healthy development of class groups. Meantime,the part- time instructor will have more time to carry on course teaching and scientific research.
