我国公办高校管理队伍专业化建设问题研究

摘要

A high efficient,well-structured,innovative and competitive professional management team is of strategic significance for improving the management level and the benefit in colleges and for promoting China’s higher education.Based on the current situation of internal management system reform and the background of professional construction of management team in colleges,the article analyzes the main problems existing in the current professional construction and the restricting factors and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures such as constructing service administration mode,improving management efficiency,strengthening the consciousness of service and management concept,perfecting the appointment system,establishing scientific performance evaluation system and constructing learning type organization.%建设一支高效精干、结构合理、具有创新意识和竞争力的专业化管理队伍,对于提高高等学校的管理水平和办学效益,推动我国高等教育事业发展具有重要的战略意义。论文结合当前我国高校内部管理体制改革状况及高校管理队伍专业化发展的实际背景,深入分析了当前我国高校管理队伍专业化建设中存在的主要问题和制约因素,提出了一系列推进我国高校管理队伍专业化建设的建议和措施,其中包括：构建服务行政模式,提高管理效率;以师生为导向,增强服务意识和管理理念;转换用人机制,完善聘任制度;建立科学的绩效评价体系;加强管理队伍专业化的培训,构建学习型管理组织等。
