一例无典型皮疹成人Still病的诊断与药物治疗分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical features and diagnosis of adult-onset Still’s disease (AOSD).Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of 1992 Adult Still’s Disease Research Committee of Japan, the clinical data and treatment progress were analyzed, and the views of pharmaceutical care were put forward.Results: The patients have been treated mainly with glucocorticoid drug, and the conditions relieved. Conclusion: The clinical features of adult Still’s disease are characterized by fever and sore throat. Laboratory examination showed increased white blood cells, increased serum ferritin, negative blood culture, which belongs to the exclusive disease, and drug therapy should choose glucocorticoids.%目的：探讨成人Still病(AOSD)的临床特征与诊断方法。方法：采用1992年日本成人Still病研究委员会提出的诊断标准，分析临床资料和药物治疗进展情况，并提出药学监护意见。结果：药物治疗主要选择糖皮质激素，该患者经治疗后病情明显缓解。结论：该成人Still病例临床特征以发热和咽痛为特征。实验室检查可见白细胞、血清铁蛋白升高，血培养阴性，属于排他性疾病，药物治疗选择糖皮质激素疗效肯定。
