塑料表封注塑模设计

摘要

通过对水表上的塑料表封零件的分析,设计了1套一模四腔的注塑模具,详细地介绍了分型面的选择、侧抽芯的设计.应用滑槽、弹簧、斜导柱等机构,解决了侧型芯顺序抽芯、驱动方式、连接方式等问题.模具具有结构紧凑、抽芯动作可靠、型芯强度高、使用寿命长等优点.%Through analyzing the plastic seal part on water meter, an injection mold for the part with four cavities was designed. The parting surface was determined and design of side core-pulling was elaborated. Devices such as sliding chute, spring and slanted guide pillar were applied in the mold, which had resolved problems in sequential side core-pulling, and in action and connection modes. The mold had the advantages of compact structure, reliable core-pulling, high core strength and long tool life.
