This invention relates to injection mold design of battery & If circuit. It consists of mainly five parts like core plate, cavity plate, core, core insert, and side core with other accessory standard parts. The core and cavity is extracted using mold design technique, with other standard parts it is assembled for utilizing it for mass production of plastic components. The core and cavity is made of P-20 steel material for sustaining high fatigue stress during the mass production of plastic components.
