带嵌件结构的塑料钥匙注塑模设计

摘要

分析了带金属嵌件结构塑料钥匙的工艺特点，介绍了带金属嵌件塑料钥匙注塑模具结构设计的要点和模具工作过程。模具型腔采用组合式结构，小型芯和推管成型塑料件上带凸台的工艺孔，利用弹簧和卡槽固定嵌件保证其在型腔中的位置，推出机构采用推杆和推管组合结构。模具结构合理，运行可靠，可以实现自动化生产。%The structure and technological characteristics of plastic key with metal insert was analyzed,and the structural design and operating process of injection mould for the product were introduced. Combination type cavity was taken,small core and ejector sleeve was applied to form the hole on convex surface. Spring and card slot were used to guarantee the relative position of insert in the die-cavity,push rod and ejector sleeve were designed to push product.The mould structure was rational and safe in operation. The mold realized production automation of the plastic key with metal insert and improved yields.
