中学教师应该具备的学科基本素养——以中学历史教师为例

中学历史教师要把课讲好,成为一名合格乃至优秀的教师,应该具备任职学科的基本素养:掌握马克思主义的史学理论,特别是唯物史观的基本原理;拥有历史基本知识,明了中国和世界历史发展的全过程,把握其发展的基本脉络;熟悉史学研究的基本程序和方法.%To teach the courses well and become qualified and even excellent teachers,history teachers in middle schools should possess basic competencies of the subject,which are,mastering the historical theory of Marxism especially the basic principles of historical materialism,having basic historical knowledge,understanding the whole process of the historical development of China and the world,grasping the basic context of its development and being familiar with the basic procedures and methods of historical research.
