PBL教学法在核医学见习课教学中的应用

     

摘要

PurposeTo discuss the value of teaching method of problem–based learning in the application of nuclear medicine clinical teaching. To establish a foundation for the applications of PBL teaching mode in nuclear medicine. MethodsChoose the two classes of the 2011 grade of students from Department Of medical imaging as the Objects. The classes as the research unit, which were randomly divided into PBL teaching group and traditional teaching learning group. Select Clinical Teaching for PBL teaching in nuclear medicine text. The results were judged by the results of exam and the survey of students. Results:The PBL teaching method achieved a better performance than the traditional teaching group in the teaching and learning course. The PBL teaching group average score (80.21±8.36) was significantly higher than the Traditional Teaching Learning average score (75.23±7.56), the results had a obvious significant difference. ( P<0.05). Conclusion:In the application of nuclear medicine clinical teaching, PBL teaching method is superior to the Clinical Teaching Learning, it can improve the overall quality of students and be applied in nuclear medicine teaching.%目的::探讨PBL教学方法在核医学见习课教学中的价值,为PBL教学模式在核医学见习教学中的应用奠定一定的基础。方法:选择医学影像系2011级两个班的学生作为研究对象,以组为单位随机分成PBL教学法组和传统讲授法组;教学内容选择核医学见习内容;以考试成绩和问卷调查结果作为评价指标。结果:PBL教学法组比传统讲授法组取得了更好的教学效果, PBL教学法组考试的平均成绩(80.21依8.36)明显高于传统讲授法组的平均成绩(75.23依7.56),差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在核医学见习教学中, PBL教学法优于传统讲授法,可提高学生的综合素质,在核医学教学中可以推广应用。
