2019份糕点微生物检测结果分析

     

摘要

目的:了解新会区市售糕点的卫生状况。方法按GB/T 4789.24-2003要求对抽送检的糕点进行菌落总数和大肠菌群检测。结果2007-2008年共检测样品2019份,973份检出菌落总数,49份超标,57份检出大肠菌群,57份超标,26份样品菌落总数和大肠菌群都超标,样品超标率为3.96%;各年度的超标率差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.07,P<0.05);不同季节超标率的差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.66,P<0.05);城区和乡镇超标率的差异没有统计学意义(χ2=0.38,P>0.05)。结论新会区市售糕点08年的超标率有所回升,需加大食品巡查和监督抽检的力度,以保障食品安全。%Objective To understand the health status of pastries in Xinhui District.Methods The Aerobic plate count and coliforms were detected using GB / T 4789.24-2003.Results Among 2019 pastries samples detected during 2007-2008, 973 were detected aerobic plate count, 49 exceeded ,57 were detected coliforms, 57 exceeded , 26 all exceeded , the exceeded rate was 3.96%; there were statistical significance (χ2=28.07, P<0.05) for different year, as well as for different seasons(χ2=26.66,P<0.05), but without statistically significant for urban and rural(χ2=0.38, P>0.05).Conclusion The exceeded rate of Xinhui District pastries has gone up in 2008, the monitoring and supervision of should be strengthened further in order to food safety.
