英语教师教育中的微格教学:成效、问题以及对策

     

摘要

Microteaching is a training technique whereby pre-service and in-service teachers review the videotapes of their lessons after each class in order to enhance their teaching . An analysis of the data from self-and peer-assessment inventory , reflection report , and interview show s that reflective microteaching practice in English teacher education can not only enhance pre-service teachers'teaching skills , but also help to foster their abilities in critical reflection on their ow n and peers' teaching behaviors , problem identification and problem solving . The analysis also reveals some problems in microteaching in English teacher education , w hich need to be addressed by taking effective countermeasures , so as to maximize the effects of microteaching .%微格教学是训练职前与在职教师的教学技能、技巧的重要教学活动。微格教学评价量表、反思报告以及访谈数据分析结果表明,英语教师教育中的反思性微格教学实践不仅可以训练师范生的英语教学技能与技巧,而且有助于培养他们批判性地审视自己和同伴的教学行为、发现问题并探索解决问题的途径的能力。分析结果还反映出微格教学实践中存在的一些问题,有必要针对这些问题采取有效措施,将微格教学的效益最大化。
