新课程背景下普通高中教研制度重建的思考

             

摘要

在基础教育课程改革背景下审视教研制度,发现普通高中教研制度存在以下问题:教师、学校与教研部门没有形成真正的教研共同体,难以有针对性地解决学校和教师在教育教学中的实际问题,难以保障教研活动的实效性。基于上述问题,对普通高中教研制度的重建提出如下建议:构建以教师为主体、学校与教研部门为双翼的“一体双翼”教研共同体,构建以学校为“现场”,解决实际问题的教研制度,建立科学性和实效性的教研机制。%Under the background of the new curriculum reform , the educational research system is examined to exist many problems as follow s :it is difficult to form teachers , schools and teaching guidance departments a real community for teaching and research ;it is difficult to solve the practical problems in a targeted way ;it is difficult to guarantee the effectiveness . Based on these problems , the writer put forward to some suggestions to the reconstruction of teaching and research system in senior high school :to build the teaching and research community w hich is based on teachers and make the school and teaching and research department as two wings ;to construct the teaching and research system that based on school as a“spot” and solve the problems in reality ;to establish the teaching and research system with scientific nature and effectiveness .
