'常人'师德及其悖论

     

摘要

In the age of subjectivity,with a closed development of morality,teachers' morality,which is too common and ordinary,has developed into homogenization and banalization.Due to reliance on technologies and contractual relationship,teachers and students are confined by each other without any real contact.For teachers,it takes great courage to break the bounds of"ordinary people"to enrich themselves and maximize the value of education under a mutual obligation with students.%主体化时代的道德自我走向封闭,教师道德也走向正常、平常、日常为表征的道德均质化和平庸化.由于对技术的依赖和契约式关系的建立,让师生之间互相支配,失去真实的个人交往.走出常人师德的教师需要有自我超越的勇气,在与学生责任共契中丰富自我及教育的价值.
