基于服务理念的成人高校管理保障策略研究

摘要

It is inevitable for adult college management to implement service concept .The main point of following service concept to improve adult college management is to improve teaching man -agement, educational administration management , logistics management, enrolment and employment management.To ensure the implementation of all those strategies smoothly , we need to strengthen the service functions of the government and promote the reform of adult colleges and strive for adult students’ cooperation.%　　成人高校管理贯彻服务理念具有必然性。遵循服务理念来改进成人高校管理的着力点，在于改进教学管理、教务管理、后勤管理和招生就业管理。而要保障这些方略的顺利推行，则需要强化政府的服务职能，推进成人高校自身改革和争取成人学员的配合。
