认同自主超越--老年学习生命价值的实现路径

     

摘要

具有生命化特征的老年学习对老年人生命的活跃、质性的提升、价值的实现具有重要意义。呼应班杜拉的三元交互理论,老年学习生命价值的实现路径有:认同———建立新的协同模式:呵护老年人的学习尊严,引导老年人悦纳学习现实,于生命自觉自足中体味生命的价值;自主———创造新的能量体验:于重温过往中传承学习智慧,于游学结合中怡悦学习体验,于老年课程内涵的深度挖掘中提升老年人的生命质性;超越———集结新的情境导向:于互助合作中实现老年学习的交互共享,于共在共生的状态中集聚老年学习的生命能量,于凝聚融通中创新老年学习的文化载体。%The aged learning with the life characteristics is of great significance to the active life of the elderly,qualitative improvement and the realization of value. Echoing Bandura's Triadic Theo-ry of Learning,the path to realize the life value of the aged learning may be:Identification- -building a new collaborative model to be care of the dignity of the aged learning,guide them to ac-cept the reality of learning,and appreciate the value of life in the conscious self sufficiency of life;Autonomy - - creating a new energy experience to revisit the wisdom of learning heritage in revie-wing the past,delight the learning experience in the combination of studying and travelling,and im-prove their living quality;Beyond - - gathering the new situation to realize the interactive learning with mutual cooperation,build up their life energy in the state of symbiosis,and innovate the cultur-al carrier of aged learning in cohesion.
