继续教育范畴论

     

摘要

The category of continuing education changing constantly accompany with its development.Current category of continuing education causes many problems, such as dual-track system in academic education, problems in mechanism and system of continuing education.From the view of "Ought to be", it is necessary to redefine the category of continuing education, and academic education should return to school education.By using "ought to be" category of continuing education, we can locate the real position of continuing education, specialization in teaching、administration and research, promote the construction of lifelong learn system and discipline of continuing education.%继续教育的发展历史,也是继续教育范畴变迁的历史.当前继续教育的范畴引发了诸多问题,如学历教育双轨制问题、继续教育体制机制问题等.从应然性视角,有必要重新界定继续教育范畴,让学历继续教育回归学校学历教育,将继续教育范畴专门定位于非学历继续教育.采取继续教育新范畴,能够促进继续教育办学、管理、研究的专业化,能够厘清继续教育与学校教育之间的关系,促进终身教育体系的建构,并有利于继续教育学科的建立.
