A design method for braking controller of automobile emergency brake is proposed based on sliding mode variable structure.Firstly,the fuzzy control strategy is used to build kinetic model of automobile and total braking torque generated by electromagnetic brake and friction brake is worked out,then braking torque on brake disc is provided.Moreover,the total braking torque during wheel braking is acquired and the controller of braking structure is designed.The braking torque is inputted and difference between expected optimal slip rate and actual slip rate is used as output of the controller.Finally,the simulation design is completed.Simulation results show that the method has high control response.It can reduce time required by automobile brake and shorten braking distance.%汽车急刹车操作中对制动控制器的设计改进,能够有效减少因为刹车故障导致的交通事故发生的概率.对刹车制动控制器的设计,需要输入动力矩,求取理想最优滑移率与实际的滑移率之差.传统方法将输出端与单片机相连接,得到加速度检测装置,但忽略了求取理想最优滑移率与实际滑移率之差,导致设计效果不理想.提出基于滑模变结构的汽车急刹车操作制动控制器设计方法.利用模糊控制策略构建汽车动力学模型,计算出电磁制动器和摩擦式制动器所产生的总制动力矩,给出制动盘上的制动力矩,获取车轮制动时的总制动力矩,设计制动结构控制器,输入制动力矩,将期望的最优滑移率与实际滑移率之差作为控制器的控制输出,完成对汽车急刹车操作制动控制器的仿真设计.实验仿真证明,所提方法控制响应性较高,可以有效地减少汽车制动所需时间,缩短制动距离.
