核电站分布式系统虚拟过程控制平台设计研究

     

摘要

针对核电站分布式系统(DCS)的虚拟仿真系统设计用于核电工程的验证测试和操纵员培训考试中.核电DCS系统的结构分为,工艺模型层、过程控制层、操作监控层.其中过程控制层主要完成实时数据采集,控制逻辑计算等,对该层的虚拟仿真要求较高的实时性和精确度.国内主流的过程控制层的虚拟仿真系统均采用逻辑翻译的方式实现,很难保证仿真系统的实时性和精确度.通过对DCS控制器、现场总线和通信接口设备的虚拟化,在通用计算机中虚拟化核电机组的过程控制系统,达到直接下装运行DCS工程组态数据的目标.实际工程调试证明,虚拟DCS过程控制平台与真实机组具有一致的实时性和逼真度,是DCS工程验证和人员培训的有效平台.%The virtualization of DCS system is widely used in the verification and validation of the nuclear power engineering and the operator's training.The DCS system is divided into three levels:nuclear plant model,process control,and operation monitor,in which the process control level is responsible for the data collection and logic control.The virtualization of this level requires high real-time performance and accuracy.However,the mainstream system adopts the method of translating real DCS control logic documents,which is very difficult to guarantee the system's real-time performance and accuracy.This paper virtualizes the DCS process control in non-DCS computer by means of the virtualization of the I/O plate,field bus,and controller operating environment,and finally achieves the goal of running the DCS configuration files directly.The result show that the virtualization of DCS process control platform has almost the same response with the real DCS process control,and provides an effective platform for DCS's verification and validation,as well as operator's training.
