Choudhury' s model and two-layer binary tree model for valve stiction are widely used in valve stiction research.However, some defects in the models still exist.The model structures of pneumatic control valve of Choudhury and two-layer binary tree model are improved to overcome the existing defects so that the outputs are consistent with the physical properties.The models are implemented in Simulink/Matlab(R) and compared using the different friction coefficients and input signals.The improved models are able to reproduce the stick-slip phenomenon and pass all the tests,which are applied following ISA standards.%Choudhury 模型和双层二叉树模型在执行阀粘滞特性研究中应用广泛,但各自存在一定的不足.在详细分析各模型不足的基础上,给出改进方案,使得模型输入和输出符合物理特性.原模型以及改进后的模型在 Matlab Simulink 平台下完成了针对不同参数和输入曲线的粘滞现象的模拟与比较.根据 ISA 标准,改进后的模型与控制阀实际粘滞特性相符.
