Objective To survey adverse drug reactions (ADR)of plate combination anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods A total of 707 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis in Huai′an tuberculosis prevention and control institutions were included in this study,using plate combination anti-tuberculosis drugs and observing the occurrence of the ADR after treatment.The subj ects were divided into two groups according to whether they had adverse reactions, the data of two groups were retrospectively analyzed,comparisons were also involved in gender,age,body mass, complications,early or recurrent cases,etc.Results The adverse reaction of plate combination anti-tuberculosis drugs after treatment included gastrointestinal discomfort,liver damage,allergic skin,joint pain,the incidence was 33.0%(233/707).80.7%(188/233)of the adverse drug reactions occurred in the intensive anti-tuberculosis treatment period. Compared with the group no adverse reactions,the adverse reaction group showed features as older age,lighter body mass,a larger proportion of complications(P <0.05).Conclusion The plate combination of anti-tuberculosis drugs for the treatment of tuberculosis has a good anti-tuberculosis effect,but more adverse reactions,especially in the intensive anti-tuberculosis treatment period.The age,body mass,complications connect with ADR,which should draw more attentions in the treatment process.%目的：调查板式抗结核组合药物的不良反应情况。方法淮安市结核病防治机构收治活动性肺结核患者707例，均采用板式抗结核组合药物治疗，用药后观察不良反应发生情况。根据研究对象服药后是否发生不良反应分成两组，回顾性分析两组患者的资料，对比两组在性别、年龄、体质量、有无并发症、初复治情况等方面的差异。结果采用板式抗结核组合药物治疗后不良反应包括胃肠道不适、肝功能损害、皮肤过敏、关节疼痛等，发生率为33．0％（233/707）。80．7％（188/233）的不良反应发生在治疗强化期，与未发生不良反应组相比，发生不良反应组年龄较大、体质量较轻、并发症患者比例较大（P＜0．05）。结论板式抗结核组合药物治疗肺结核在起到良好的抗结核疗效，同时不良反应也较多，尤其是在抗结核治疗的强化期。患者年龄、体质量及并发症与不良反应的发生存在一定的相关性，在治疗过程中应引起重视。
