国外隐喻视角下教师信念的研究述评

     

摘要

Teachers’ belief are regarded as teachers ’ unshakeable understanding about what ’ s the reality of teaching and learning, including teaching, students, teacher’ roles and so on.Both of teachers’ pre-service and in-service experience influence their belief .Teachers’ belief is closely related with teaching practice , while belief is implicit, so many researchers trying to explore it through metaphors , thus providing corresponding inspirations and references for educational training and student teachers ’ education .Metaphors can help us understand some-thing unfamiliar , abstract or complex .At present , more and more researchers adopt qualitative method combined by quantitative method to explore teachers ’ metaphors , thus promoting our understanding of teaching and teachers ’ roles.What we need to pay attention to is that though metaphor is an important way to study teachers ’ belief, some disadvantages still exist which need to be perfected in the following studies .%教师信念是教师对关于教与学的真实的坚定不移的看法,包括教师对教学、课程、学生、教师角色等的认识。教师的职前经验及在职经验都会对教师信念产生影响。教师信念与课堂教学密切相关,然而信念是内隐的,因而许多学者尝试通过隐喻来探索教师信念,进而为教育培训及教师教育等提供相关的启示和借鉴。隐喻可以帮助我们理解一些不熟悉的、抽象的、复杂的事物。目前,越来越多的学者采用质性结合量化的方法来窥探教师隐喻,从而对教学及教师角色等有更好的认识。值得一提的是,虽然隐喻是探索教师信念的重要途径,但也存在不足之处,在今后的研究过程中还有待完善。
