Objective To investigate the rehabilitation methods for hearing-impaired children with autism. Methods Multiple interventions,such as Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA), Play and Culture Intervention(PCI), Picture Exchange Communication System(PECS), sensory integration training and hearing and speech training were provided for 2 hearing-impaired children with autism. The intervention outcomes were measured. Results After the inventions, the symptoms of autism were relieved, and the cognitive, language comprehension and expression, imitation, fine motor skill, emotional expression and social interaction of the two children were significantly improved. Conclusion The integrated interventions are effective for hearing-impaired children with autism.% 目的探讨听障伴孤独症儿童的康复治疗方法。方法对2名孤独症儿童进行应用行为分析、人际交往训练、感觉统合训练及听觉言语训练等综合干预,评估其干预结果。结果患儿的孤独症症状明显减轻,认知、语言理解与表达、模仿、小肌肉运动、情感表达和社会互动等能力明显提高。结论采用综合性干预措施对于治疗听障伴孤独症儿童效果显著。
