EGFR、MMP-9和AQP1在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义

         

摘要

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of epidermal growth factor receptor ( EGFR ), matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9 ) and aquaporin 1 ( AQP1 ) in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods The expression of EGFR, MMP-9 and AQP1 in tissues of epithelial ovarian cancer, benign tumor and normal ovary were detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of EGFR, MMP-9 and AQP1 in normal ovarian tissue were 20. 0% , 10. 0% and 10. 0% , respectively. In ovarian benign tumor tissue the positive expression rates of them were 33. 3% , 25. 0% and 20. 0% , respectively, and in epithelium of ovarian cancer tissue they were 86. 0% , 84. 0% and 84.0% , respectively. The positive expression rates of EGFR, MMP-9 and AQP1 in epithelial ovarian tissue were significantly different from those in normal ovary and ovarian benign tumors (X2EGFR = 15.0-16.5, X2MMP-9 = 6.6-7. 8 ,X2AQP1= 9. 3-9. 6, all P <0. 05 ). The expression of EGFR, AQP1 and MMP-9 in histological grade and clinical stage was significantly different (X2EGFR organization classification = 13.5 ,X2MMp-9 organization classification = 11.5,X2AQP1 organization classification =9.6,X2EGFR clinical stage = 13.5,X2MMP-9 clinical stage = 11.5,X2AQP1 clinical stage = 9.7, all P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion EGFR, MMP-9 and AQP1 play an important role in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer.%目的 探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测EGFR、MMP-9和AQP1在上皮性卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤和正常卵巢组织的表达情况.结果 EGFR、MMP-9和AQP1在正常卵巢组织中的阳性表达率分别为20.0%、10.0%、10.0%;在卵巢良性肿瘤组织中阳性表达率分别为33.3%、25.0%、20.0%;在上皮性卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率分别为86.0%、84.0%、84.0%.EGFR、MMP-9和AQP1在上皮性卵巢癌组织与正常卵巢和卵巢良性肿瘤组织阳性表达率的差异有统计学意义(χ2EGFR=15.0~16.5,χ2MMP-9=6.6~7.8,χ2AQP1=9.3~9.6,均P<0.05).EGFR、AQP1和MMP-9表达在肿瘤的组织学分级和临床分期中差异具有统计学差异(χ2EGFR 组织学分级=13.5,χ2MMP-9组织学分级=11.5,χ2AQP1 组织学分级=9.6,χ2EGFR 临床分期=13.5,χ2MMP-9 临床分期=11.5,χ2AQP1 组织分级=9.7,均P<0.05).结论 EGFR、MMP-9和AQP1在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用.
