"HUMAN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY ISOLATED, HYBRIDOMA, TRANSFECTOMA, NON-TRANSGENIC ANIMAL, BI-SPECIFIC MOLLECLE, COMPOSITION, IMMUNOTOXIN, EXPRESSION VECTOR AND METHODS TO PRODUCE AN ANIBRID FOR CIRCULAR EXHIBITION, EGFR EXPRESSING CELL, TO TREAT OR PREVENT A DISEASE MEDIATED BY EGFR EXPRESSION AND TO DETECT THE PRESENCE OF EGFR ANTIGEN OR A EGFR EXPRESSING CELL IN A SAMPLE ". Isolated human monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind human EGFR, and related antibody-based compositions and molecules, are described. Human antibodies can be produced by a transgenic mouse capable of producing multiple human monoclonal antibody isotypes when undergoing V-D-J recombination and human monoclonal antibody isotypes when undergoing V-D-J recombination and isotype switching. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions comprising human antibodies, non-human transgenic animals and hybridomas producing human antibodies, and therapeutic and diagnostic methods for using human antibodies.
