健美操对高校青年女教师身心健康的影响

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the influence of aerobices on physical and mental health of young college female teachers .Methods The physical condition of 104 young female teachers (age ranging 25 to 45) was compared before and after participating aerobics in Cangzhou Medical College .Questionnaires were used to understand their mental health .Results After one year systematic aerobic exercises , decrease in waist circumference (t=5.324,P<0.05) and increase in chest circumference (t=5.647,P<0.05) were found.The heart rate at peaceful time declined (t=14.453,P<0.05), and vital capacity increased (t=18.324,P<0.05).There were significant differences in the test values of exponent of body anteflexion when sitting , sit-up and step test before and after exercise (t value was -5.437, -3.925 and -4.021, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Participating aerobics frequently will introduce young female teachers to participate physical exercises actively , stimulate their interest of exercise , cultivate the habit of exercise and improve their physical quality .%目的:探讨健美操对高校青年女教师身体和心理健康的影响。方法对沧州医学高等专科学校自愿参加健美操锻炼的104名25~45岁青年女教师的身体情况进行锻炼前、后的对比,并通过调查问卷了解青年女教师的心理健康情况。结果①经过1年系统性的健美操锻炼,腰围有所减少(t=5.324,P<0.05)和胸围有所增加(t=5.647,P<0.05);②安静心率明显下降(t=14.453,P<0.05);肺活量增加(t=18.324,P<0.05);③锻炼前后的坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐、台阶试验测试值比较均有显著性差异(t值分别为-5.437、-3.925、-4.021,均P<0.05)。结论经常参加健美操锻炼,有利于引导青年女教师积极参与体育锻炼、激发锻炼的兴趣、养成锻炼的习惯,提高了身体素质。
