影响公众参与药物临床试验的原因及对策分析

摘要

Objectives To explore the influence of culture,psychology,economy and other factors on the willingness of participation in drug clinical trials,and to find out the corresponding countermeasures,then to solve the problem of recruitment difficulties in drug clinical trials.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in the clinics of a tertiary general hospital.And the outpatients were all selected randomly.Results 40.86% of the respondents were willing to participate in clinical trials.Their motivation was to contribute to the progress of medical science.59.14% of them refused to participate,mainly because they worried about the safety of drugs,followed by was the fear of wasting too much time and energy.57.37% suggested they might change their mind if experts or doctors were in charge of the trial.Conclusions The respondent has a willingness to participate in drug clinical trials,but we should actively deal with the problems that were worried by the respondent,meet the requirements of the public,offer a new proposal to solve the problem of recruitment difficulties in drug clinical trials.%目的 探究文化、心理、经济等因素对人们参与药物临床试验愿意的影响,并寻找相应对策,以解决药物临床试验招募困难的难题.方法 自行设计调查问卷,对某三甲医院门诊候诊病人进行问卷调查.结果 40.86%的调查对象表示愿意参与药物临床试验,参与动机多是为医学进步贡献力量.59.14%拒绝参与,主要担心药物的安全性,其次是担心浪费太多的时间和精力.57.37%表示如果有专家参与,由医生负责会改变想法.结论 调查对象对药物临床试验有参与意愿,可针对性解决被调查者担心的问题,契合公众需求,提出方案以改变目前药物临床试验招募困难的现状.
