多媒体结合PBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉科实习教学中的应用

             

摘要

目的:探讨多媒体技术结合PBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉科临床实习教学中的效果。方法在临床实习教学中,采用多媒体结合PBL教学法的教学模式,以临床典型病案为基础提出问题,以学生为中心采取分组讨论的方法来解决问题,培养实习医师临床技能及思维能力。结果多媒体结合PBL教学模式可以明显提高耳鼻咽喉科实习医师的临床技能水平及思维能力。结论多媒体结合PBL教学模式有助于耳鼻咽喉科实习医师临床思维和技能的培养,提高教学质量。%Objective To explore the feasibility of combined teaching procedure with multimedia techniques and PBL (problem-based learning) mode for students in otolaryngological practice learning.Methods During the clinical practice learning process of otolaryngology, the teaching mode of multimedia techniques combined with PBL principles was taken for students learning in this discipline. On the basis of typical cases learning, students were asked to put questions associated with these cases in grouping discussion way, so as to resolve such related academic problems and to cultivate their clinical thinking skills and practicing level.Results This kind of teaching mode, combined multimedia techniques with PBL principle, obviously improved clinical thinking skills and practicing level for students clinically practicing in the discipline of otolaryngology.Conclusion The teaching mode combining multimedia techniques with PBL principle is much helpful for students clinically practicing in the discipline of otolaryngology to improved their clinical thinking skills and practicing level.
