右美托咪啶在儿科麻醉中的应用

摘要

右美托咪啶为新型高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静、抗焦虑和镇痛的作用.由于右美托咪啶具有多重效应,且对循环和呼吸的影响较小,其在小儿麻醉领域不同方面的应用受到越来越多的关注.本文就右美托咪啶在儿科麻醉中的临床应用做一综述.%Dexmedetomidine is a novel and highly selective α2-adrenoceptor agonist with sedative, antianx-iety and analgesic effect. Owing to its favorable efficacy and limited effects on hemodynamic and respiratory function , there is growing interest in and reports of its use in the pediatric population in various clinical scenarios. This review aims to summarize the current state of knowledge of this drug in pediatric anesthesiology.
