A web based application that allows a person to find available people to call in. eg A surgeon to find an available Anaesthetist, assistant or paediatrician, or a dentist to find a dental assistant when one has called in sick. The application has 2 sides, a searchable side to find and contact people, and an availability side, for people to change availabilities on the fly. The web based application is designed for smart phone but can be used on desktops, tablets, or macs. No software needs to be downloaded.
