神经血管单元信号通路机制研究进展

         

摘要

Cerebral ischemia, a kind of serious cerebrovascular diseases, is threatening the health of population. In recent years the studies reveal that neuroprotection has little effect on brain ischemia, so the brain protection has transformed from simple neuroprotection to many kinds of ingredient protections. Therefore, the concept of neurovascular unit is proposed. Since currently available drugs treating cerebral ischemia have many limitations, it is necessary to find new treatment approaches. As a research hotspot, many pathways of signal transmission in neurovascular unit have been studied at molecular level, but these pathways are not clearly clarified. In this article, we reviewed the signal pathways of neurovascular unit to recognize the neurovascular unit furthermore.%脑缺血是一类严重危害人类健康的脑血管疾病.近年来针对脑缺血保护研究逐渐从单一的神经保护转变为对神经和血管整体的保护,并由此提出了神经血管单元的概念.鉴于目前治疗脑缺血的药物仍存在诸多局限性,因此寻求新的治疗方法十分必要.神经血管单元研究目前仍是热点,其涉及到许多分子水平上的信号传递,而基于这些的信号通路至今仍未明确.本文主要针对目前神经血管单元所涉及的信号通路作一综述,希望有助于更进一步认识神经血管单元.
