代谢组学在抗精神病药物治疗反应研究中的应用

         

摘要

长程甚至终身服用抗精神病药物被认为是精神分裂症有效控制症状或预防复发的治疗方法,但目前对这些药物的有效性和不良反应的评估仍然依靠主观、经验性的判断,这难以满足精准医疗的需求.因此,寻求更客观、精确或个体化的治疗反应评价指标是急需解决的临床问题.代谢组学的研究技术方法因其能够系统而灵敏地反映体内或组织中小分子代谢物的变化情况而被广泛应用,目前它也逐渐开始用于精神科领域的研究中.本文即从临床和基础两方面的研究出发,对代谢组学在不同生物学组织内所寻找到的有关抗精神病药物疗效和不良反应的标志物分子及所涉及的代谢通路进行简要概述,为临床上预测不同患者对治疗反应的差异性、选择或更换治疗的药物提供一定参考.%Long-term or even lifetime use of antipsychotics is considered to be effective in controlling the symptoms of schizophrenia (SZ) or preventing recurrence.Until now,the evaluation of the efficacy and side effects of these drugs still depends on subjective,empirical judgments,which is difficult to meet the needs of accurate medical care.Therefore,seeking more objective,precise or individual response evaluation of treatment response has being an urgent need.The research technique of metabolomics has been widely used in many fields because of its advantages in the comprehensive analysis of all metabolites in vivo or tissues.It also gradually began to be used in field of psychiatry.This review will provide an insight to markers and related pathways of antipsychotic drugs' efficacy and adverse reactions in different biological organizations from both clinical and basic researches.It will provide some reference for predicting the differences of treatment response in patients and for selecting or replacing therapy drugs.
