应用丹参治疗疾病在我国历史悠久,其主要化学成分为水溶性成分(丹参素、丹酚酸A及B、迷迭香酸、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、紫草酸、咖啡酸等)和脂溶性成分(二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮Ⅰ、ⅡA、ⅡB和隐丹参酮等).本文对丹参主要活性成分的代谢途径及产物进行综述,为阐明丹参的体内作用过程、药效物质基础及作用机制提供药动学参考.%Salvia miltiorrhiza has a long history of application in China,and its chemical ingredients consist of both water-soluble components (tanshinol,salvianolic acid A,salvianolic acid B,rosmarinic acid,protocatechuic acid,protocatechuic aldehyde,lithospermic acid,caffeic acid and so on) and lipid-soluble components (tanshinone Ⅰ,dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone ⅡA,tanshinone ⅡB,cryptotanshinone and so on).Here,the researches on the metabolic pathways and metabolites of major active constituents from S.miltiorrhiza were reviewed to provide pharmacokinetics information for clarifying the in vivo metabolism,pharmacodyamic basis and action mechanisms of S.miltiorrhiza.
