摘要:
目的:建立反相高效液相色潜法,同时测定注射用丹参中丹参素钠、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、香草酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、黄芩苷等9种水溶性成分的含量.方法:采用CAPCELL PAK MG C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%(V/V)磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速:0.8mL·min-1,检测波长:280nm,柱温:30°C.结果:丹参素钠、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、香草酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、黄芩苷进样量分别在1.21~9.08μg,0.31~2.31μg,0.32~2.4μg,0.02~0.17μg,0.01~0.09μg,0.01~0.08μg,0.22~1.65μg,0.02~0.16μg,0.15~1.10μg范围内线性关系良好.平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.49%,101.13%,99.85%,100.18%,99.85%,100.87%,100.01%,101.71%,99.25%;RSD分别为1.31%,1.55%,1.34%,1.47%,1.64%,1.50%,2.58%,0.84%,2.96%.重复性试验,丹参素钠、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、香草酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、黄芩苷含量RSD(n=6)分别为0.85%,2.55%,1.92%,2.51%,3.71%,3.42%,1.90%,3.97%,2.81%.结论:该方法简便准确,重复性和稳定性良好,分析效率高.能同时测定注射用丹参中的原儿茶醛等9种水溶性酚酸类成分.可作为注射用丹参质量控制方法.用主成分分析法对测定结果进行统计分析,能综合评价产品质量优劣.
