银翘解毒软胶囊主要活性成分的网络药理学研究

摘要

目的:研究银翘解毒软胶囊抗呼吸道感染的活性成分和作用机制.方法:采用分子对接和网络分析的方法,分析银翘解毒软胶囊的成分与呼吸道感染靶蛋白的作用关系,阐明其主要的活性成分和作用机制.结果:银翘解毒软胶囊的主要活性成分为黄酮、甾醇和三萜等类化合物,其作用机制与干扰病毒复制、炎症反应有关.结论:银翘解毒软胶囊可能通过作用于呼吸道病毒的关键蛋白和相关受体、调节炎症介质的分泌、干扰炎症蛋白的表达来发挥治疗呼吸道感染的作用.%Objective:To investigate the active components and action mechanism of YinQiaoJieDu soft capsule in treating respiratory tract infection.Methods:Network pharmacology was adopted to investigate the interactions between the ingredients of YinQiaoJieDu soft capsule and potential targets on the respiratory tract infection in order to elucidate the main active components and action mechanism.Results:The main active components of YinQiaoJieDu soft capsules were flavonoids,sterols and triterpenoids,and their actions might be related to interfering virus replication and inflammatory reactions.Conclusion:YinQiaoJieDu soft capsules are probably effective in treating respiratory tract infection through acting on key proteins and related receptors of respiratory viruses,regulating the secretion of inflammatory molecles,and interfering expression of the proteins involved in inflammatory pathways.
