不同透析膜在血液透析患者中透析效果的比较

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of different dialyzer membranes on urea nitrogen and serum phosphorus levels in maintenance of hemodialysis patients.Method Forth-five hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into three groups respectively:polysulfon membrane(n =15),polyamix TX membrane(n =15),and richloroacetate cellulose membrane(n=15).The urea nitrogen and serum phosphorus were measured at the exact time before and after the hemodialysis with different kinds of dialyzer membranes.Result There existed no significant difference in the clearance rate of urea nitrogen in patients of the three group (P＞0.05) ;The clearence rate of serum phosphorus in the patients of trichloroacetate cellulose membrane group was significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P＜0.05).There were no significant difference between the polysulfon membrane group and polyamix TX membrane group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The dialysis membrane have an obvious influence on urea nitrogen and serum phosphorus level.For different patients,the dialysis methods would be considered fully and individually.%目的 比较不同透析膜对维持性血液透析患者尿素氮、血磷等代谢废物的清除效果.方法 选择45例维持性血液透析患者,按照透析器透析膜材料随机分为聚砜膜组、聚合膜组、三醋酸纤维膜组,每组各15例.比较透析前后患者血尿素氮、血磷下降情况.结果 去除膜面积大小的影响后,聚砜膜、聚合膜、三醋酸纤维膜对血尿素氮的清除差异无显著性(P＞0.05)；对血磷的清除三醋酸纤维膜大于聚砜膜与聚合膜,差异具有显著性(P＜0.05),聚砜膜与聚合膜之间差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 透析膜对血尿素氮、血磷的清除效果有影响,针对不同的患者,透析方案应当全面考虑、个体化治疗.
