光刺激发光法筛查检测牛黄上清制剂的辐照残留

摘要

Objective:To establish an photostimulated luminescence method for determination of residual radiation in traditional Chinese medicine Niuhuang Shangqing preparations.Methods:Residual radiation in Niuhuang Shangqing preparations was screening measured by using SURRC(PPSL) system(produced by Sctland,UK University),and the results are preliminary validation.Results:Measured vanlues can reflect whether the sample had received irradiation.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid determination;can be used to detect the resdual radiation in traditional Chinese medicine.%目的:建立用光刺激发光法测定中成药牛黄上清制剂中放射线残留的方法.方法:用SURRC(PPSL)辐照食品检测仪(英国苏格兰大学)对牛黄上清制剂中放射线残留量进行了筛查,并对结果进行初步验证.结果:测定值可以反映样品是否曾收到放射线照射.结论:该方法操作简便、测定迅速,可以用于检测中药的辐照残留.
