孟鲁司特联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗儿童哮喘疗效评价

摘要

目的：探讨孟鲁司特联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗儿童哮喘的疗效。方法：70例患儿随机分为研究组和对照组各35例，对照组给予丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗，研究组在此基础上给予孟鲁司特，比较两组患儿有效率及随访3个月后复发率。结果：研究组有效率比对照组差异有非常显著意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月显示，研究组复发率比对照组差异有非常显著意义(P<0.05)。结论：孟鲁司特联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗儿童哮喘能显著改善患儿哮喘症状，提高治疗效果，减少复发率，临床优势明显。%Objective:To explore Montelukast Sodium joint Fluticasone propionate inhalation in the treatment of children asthma effect.Methods:70 cases randomly divided into the control group and the 35 cases and control give Fluticasone propionate inhalation therapy,the team on the basis of the given Montelukast Sodium,compare two groups of children efficient and follow-up of 3 months after the recurrence rate.Results:The effective rate in the treatment of relative control effective rate was obviously higher (P<0.05).Follow-up of 3 months showed the team the recurrence rate relative control group the recurrence rate obvious low (P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast Sodium joint Fluticasone propionate inhalation in the treatment of children asthma can markedly improve children asthma symptoms,enhance the treatment effect,to reduce the recurrence rate,clinical obvious advantages.
